The Alliance Française Bruxelles-Europe French Immersion Programme enables participants to improve their proficiency in French quickly by combining language courses, cultural discovery and daily practice.
Designed for school groups and higher education institutions, this programme encourages learners to use French in authentic, real-life situations. Participants develop their speaking and writing skills, build confidence and discover the richness of French-speaking cultures through a wide range of activities.
Because every group is unique, each programme is tailor-made. The course content, activities and pace of the programme are designed in collaboration with the pedagogical team to meet the group’s educational objectives and learners’ profiles.
Classes are taught by certified Alliance Française Bruxelles-Europe teachers who specialise in French as a Foreign Language.
Our teaching approach focuses on communication, interaction and active participation. Role plays, collaborative workshops, debates, group projects and real-life scenarios enable students to develop skills that can be put to immediate use in everyday life.
Each programme begins with a placement test to ensure that the course content is tailored to every participant. Learning objectives are established in advance with the partner institution and can be customised to match the themes studied during the academic year.
Learning experiences naturally extends beyond the classroom. Activities organised throughout Brussels allow participants to immediately put into practice the language skills acquired during lessons in real-life communication context.
At the end of the programme, each participant receives a certificate of participation.
