1. Storage and use of your personal data
The information collected is recorded in a computerised file for the purpose of communicating information related to the Alliance Française Brussels-Europe brand and services. It is intended for use by the communication department and the courses department of the Alliance Française Bruxelles-Europe.
In accordance with the law on privacy of 8 December 1992 and the regulation n°2016/679 of 27 April 2016, you can exercise your right to access and rectify your personal data by contacting Alliance Française Bruxelles-Europe – Référent RGPD, Avenue des Arts 46, 1000 Brussels and/or by email to confidentialite@alliancefr.be.
2.1 Consent and processing of your personal data
By ticking the compulsory consent box before submitting each form on the website www.alliancefr.be (“I authorise Alliance Française Bruxelles-Europe to contact me in a personalised manner about its services. Your personal data will never be communicated to third parties”). You explicitly authorise the storage and processing of your data for the purpose of informing you about our services.

A staff member of the Alliance Française Brussels-Europe to contact you for any communication (satisfaction surveys, newsletter).
The course department to send you personalised information concerning the organisation of courses.
2.2 Subcontracting and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
The Alliance Française Brussels-Europe, in compliance with the commitments specific to the RGPD, guarantees the confidentiality of the information provided to its third-party platforms. These solutions take into account the protection of private data from the outset and do not retain targeting data over time as required by the RGPD. These solutions comply with the terms and conditions as well as the privacy policies desired by the application of the European Regulation 2016/679.
3. Withdrawal of consent regarding your personal data
3.1. Right of access to your personal data
You have the right to access, modify and/or delete your personal data at any time by contacting our personal data referent:
By post: Alliance Française Bruxelles-Europe – Référent RGPD – Avenue des Arts 46, 1000 Brussels; accompanied by a copy of your identity card. Ideally, by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt.
Electronically, by sending an e-mail to confidentialite@alliancefr.be, accompanied by a copy of your identity card.
On site at our premises: with presentation of an identity document.
The person responsible for the file has a maximum response time of 2 months from the date of the request, whether it was made by post, electronically or on the premises. If the request is incomplete (e.g. absence of an identity document), the controller of the file is entitled to request additional information: the deadline is then suspended and will run again once these elements have been provided.
